Paul Kitchen | Sign of the Times (Acoustic)

Paul Kitchen | Sign of the Times (Acoustic) was recorded in 2007 and first appeared on the album ‘And We Dream’ in 1993. I could have written it yesterday – clearly about finding the truth somewhere ‘in between the lines’. At the time I had the intent to record my first all acoustic album, and for the first time ever had learned to play a handful of my songs. Several of those recordings are showing up for the first time now. Taken from the upcoming album Trip Note 1978-2018 Vol. 4. #NewSong #OldSong #NewMusic #NewMusicFriday #paulkitchen #acoustic #soloacoustic #taylorguitars #tripnote #signofthetimes #inbetweenthelines http://bit.ly/2VHi9W5

New Paul Kitchen Album. Trip Note: 1978-2018 Vol. 3

My new double album Trip Note: 1978-2018 Vol. 3 is streaming now on my Bandcamp site and everywhere else tomorrow – and under a Buck Moon at that. Volume 3 starts where Volume 2 ended, focusing on the second half of the 1980’s and the unreleased albums ‘Inner Dialogues‘, ‘Vital Sines‘, ‘No Poetry Allowed‘ and ‘In a Blue Night‘ plus some unreleased music from the ‘Lost in Babylon‘ album.. I’ve spent the past seven years going thru the archives, trying to find the best sounding versions of 40 years of music. Trip Note is a four-album set featuring over 60 songs and nearly 5 hours of music. I hope you check it out. https://bit.ly/36LOaSZ

Paul Kitchen | I Talk To Jesus (Acoustic)

Paul Kitchen | I Talk To Jesus (Acoustic) was recorded July 20, 2007. At the time I had the intent to record my first all acoustic album, and for the first time ever had learned to play a handful of my songs (that’s another story) on acoustic. Well that idea never came to fruition, and I didn’t play or film any performances again until Covid in 2020. I have a complex relationship with this song, and have never thought it was a religious song. I’d like to know your thoughts.
